Built a currency exchange interface (jQuery and Ajax so the page keeps its state), calculates to 5 decimals places and has settings for percentage fee, flat fee, offset rate and rate. Handles any active currency on a site with one way or both way money transfers. Available in English and Japanese.
Built a multilingual support ticketing system which allows members to view and edit/add to their existing tickets. Tickets are locked to the current administrator for up to 30 minutes (with force ownership possible), useful for companies with many support staff.
Updated an ecommerce system to allow products to be translated into any number of other languages while still keeping the same category and product ID database structure, allowing MLM companies to quickly translate their products into other languages.
Updated an ecommerce system to generate invoices in PDF format in the corporate style of the client.
Built a Voucher system where a member can purchase vouchers in groups of 50 for 250 euro and redeem for double that amount using unique voucher codes generated from an 8 character GUID. Only one voucher can be redeemed per member to avoid fraud. 50 vouchers can be generated as a 5 page PDF, 10 vouchers per page with design elements. The main purpose is to sign up new members and fund their gaming account for online casino games.
Fixed: dlashes.com.au was parked so we set it up as an alias (basically a mirror) of the primary domain dlashesbeauty.com.au
Fixed: Business email hosting. The client was paying for email hosting which was never setup; they were still using their GMail email address for work related emails. I setup an info email account under the same account as the web hosting, connected in to her PC remotely and configured the email account in their preferred software.
Fixed: Both domains were held in different registrar accounts. Transferred one domain to where the other was held so that they could be modified under the same hosting account, making managing domains much simpler.
How long have I been working with some clients? Many of them I started looking after when I left my job at a London based web development agency in March 2004.
I now work full time so I only take on a select few.
Here are some clients I continue to work with to this day:
8 Years. 2004 to 2012. Harris Jones Recruitment
8 Years. 2004 to 2012. A Glaze
7 Years. 2005 to 2012. Australasian Recruitment Agency
All new sites will be built using WordPress CMS (where a custom database isn’t required). Here is a video showing some of the new features. We can integrate feature rich ecommerce plugins for online stores and job boards for recruitment agencies. Email us your requirements, I’m sure we’ll be able to assist.
We recently designed and had new business cards printed for Futurised. These are double sided 400gsm full colour print with metallic silver and spot UV varnish for that higher quality appearance. The spot UV adds an additional layer and texture to the cards.
